My name is Miska and I do hope you can help me find a new home. You see, I was found wandering the streets of Pasadena the day after Christmas, and was picked up by Pasadena Animal Control. They called my family, but they decided they didn't want me after 8 years of being a loving and loyal companion. My family didn't even tell them what my name is. I was confused, worried, and didn't understand why my family didn't come to get me. They took great care of me all of my life and now I was unwanted. A very nice lady saw my picture and rescued me from that loud, noisy, stinky place. I knew my life was about to get a lot better. I even got a beautiful new name, Miska, to match my regal personality. My foster mom is great, but since I am 8 years old I’m not too fond of other dogs and small children make me nervous. I’d love to find a forever family without dogs, but I don't mind cats. I have been spayed, up to date on all of my shots, and I am heart worm negative. I walk very nicely on a leash, I’m crate trained, and I’m house trained. I am an old soul and just need a quiet home to finish out my years. I still like to walk once or twice a day, play with all my new toys, and love on my humans. The vet said I am in great health to be this old. If you rub my ears and tummy I will love you forever. Call Judy Jones at 281 989 9048 for any questions about Miska or other danes we have in our foster program |
